Catia Jendrzey

Catia Jendrzey is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in employee experience and shared services. Currently serving as the Employee Experience Division Head for the City of San Antonio since January 2018, Catia previously held the role of Director of Shared Services at both AIG - Life and Retirement and as a consultant. Catia's notable contributions include leading a team to integrate a shared service that reached 3.75 million end-users and saved over $7 million, deploying a visualization tool that reduced actuarial work by 50%, and launching mobile applications that enhanced user engagement. During tenure at USAA, Catia influenced executive sponsorship for innovative projects that established the organization as a leader in mobile banking and significantly improved customer satisfaction metrics. Catia holds a BA in Business Administration/MIS from the University of the Incarnate Word.
