David Delagarza

David DeLaGarza is an accomplished financial operations manager with extensive experience in leadership and operational decision-making. Currently with the City of San Antonio since January 2014, David oversees multiple programs and serves as a key liaison for enterprise procurement solutions. Prior to this role, David worked at H-E-B for nearly a decade, first as a senior manager focused on optimizing supply chain processes and then as a senior program manager lead, where David successfully implemented the company's first Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solution. David holds a Master of Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas State University.
