Louise Craig

Louise Craig is an experienced professional in user experience architecture and IT management, currently serving as an Experience Architect for the City of San Antonio since April 2009. Previous roles include IT Manager for web design and training in user experience and SharePoint applications at Louise Craig Designs, as well as consulting positions at USAA and Catapult Systems Inc. Louise has a diverse background in usability, information design, and SharePoint administration cultivated during time spent at H-E-B in various technical capacities. Additionally, Louise has held instructional roles, including Principal Instructor at New Horizons, and participated as an Associate Member at Perspectives Gallery of Art. Education includes a BFA in Drama Production from The University of Texas at Austin, alongside prior studies at San Antonio College, The University of Texas at San Antonio, Southwestern University, and Smithson Valley High School.
