Martin L. Ruiz

Martin L. Ruiz serves as the Parking Operations & Enforcement Manager for the City of San Antonio since December 2012, overseeing on-street and off-street parking as well as enforcement operations. Prior roles include Development Services Manager - Code Enforcement and Code Enforcement Supervisor within the City of San Antonio, where responsibilities encompassed managing code enforcement programs and conducting inspections. Ruiz has also held positions as Security Manager at PSR Security Inc. and Police Services Agent at the San Antonio Police Department. With a strong foundation in security and law enforcement, Ruiz's education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Law, Public Safety, Corrections and Security from Wayland Baptist University and a Master of Public Administration currently being pursued at Lamar University.
