Raquel Morris

Raquel Morris, MPAff, serves as a Budget and Management Analyst II with the City of San Antonio since June 2021, contributing to the Mayor and Council department through various special projects and previously interned as a Mayor and Council Intern III. Prior to this role, Raquel held the position of Student Body President at Texas Lutheran University from August 2020 to May 2021, overseeing the Student Government Association and managing a $65,000 budget for student organization allocations. Early career experience includes working as a File Clerk at Brock Guerra Strandmo Dimaline Jones PC, handling the management of files and documents. Raquel earned a Master of Public Affairs from The LBJ School of Public Affairs in May 2023 and completed an undergraduate education at Texas Lutheran University from 2017 to 2021.
