Ray Vilca

Ray Vilca is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in project and program management. Currently serving as an IT Program Manager and previously as an IT Project Manager II for the City of San Antonio since August 2014, Ray has effectively led numerous technology initiatives. Prior to this, Ray spent eight years at El Paso Community College as the Manager of Instructional Technologies & Web Services and worked at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. in various roles, including Project Manager and Technology Analyst II. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Barry University, earned between 1995 and 1998.
