Richard Kotlark

Richard Kotlark currently serves as a SOC Analyst for the City of San Antonio since August 2022, where responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing network and security systems to identify threats and intrusions, as well as performing incident responses to mitigate security breaches. Previously, Richard held the position of Information Technology Mobile Support Analyst, focusing on mobile device configuration, troubleshooting, security compliance, and integration with IT systems, earning recognition from the City Board & Commissions Coordinator for exceptional service and achieving Level 4 Security Clearance authorized by the Attorney General of the United States. Prior experience includes a role as a Sales Representative at Apple - GetMarketing from May 2016 to April 2023. Richard is an alumnus of Northwest Vista College.
