Ted Manganello

Ted Manganello is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in public safety technology management. Currently serving as the Sr. IT Manager for the City of San Antonio since July 2023, Ted previously held the position of IT Manager for Public Safety at the Information Technology Services Department from May 2021 to July 2023. Ted's career at the City of San Antonio began in May 2010 as the Applications Solutions Lead, where responsibilities included leading regional public safety technology projects. Prior to this, Ted worked as the Investigations & Communications Manager at the Bexar County Fire Marshal's Office from January 1999 to May 2010, overseeing investigation and communications divisions. Ted holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Safety Technology/Technician from Eastern Kentucky University, earned between 1995 and 1997.
