Emily Sherwood

Emily Sherwood is an accomplished engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Engineering Technician for the City of San Clemente since October 2019. With extensive experience in civil engineering, Emily previously held positions at the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works, including Associate Civil Engineer, where responsibilities involved supervising municipal services and managing road maintenance contracts. Roles also included overseeing project design in various divisions and serving as Assistant Project Manager for seismic remediation projects at LAC-USC Medical Center. Earlier experience as a Field Engineer for the Transportation Corridor Agencies involved compliance monitoring and utility coordination. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from UC Irvine.
