Kurt Kuhlmann

Kurt Kuhlmann is an experienced Engineering Technician Specialist at Wyoming Department of Transportation, with expertise in construction surveying and contract administration. Prior to this, Kurt worked as an Engineering Technician for the same department, overseeing highway construction projects. Kuhlmann also has a background as a Staff Archaeologist, conducting cultural resource inventories for public and private sectors. Kurt obtained a BA in Anthropology from the University of Wyoming.
