Annale M.

Annale M. is an accomplished transportation planner and policy specialist currently serving as an Associate Transportation Specialist for the City of San José, where responsibilities include planning and interagency coordination for the Diridon to Airport Connector project. Prior experience includes roles as Policy and Legislative Director and Community Relations Director for Councilmember Pam Foley and Vice Mayor Chappie Jones, respectively, where Annale M. focused on key city priorities such as affordable housing, homelessness, and transportation. Annale M. holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from San José State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies & Planning from San Francisco State University.
