Arian Collen

Arian Collen is an experienced professional in parking management and urban transportation, currently serving as the Division Manager for the Parking & Downtown Operations Division at the City of San José since July 2012. Prior roles include Acting Division Manager and Parking Manager within the Department of Transportation and Program Manager for the SFpark initiative at Serco - North America. Additionally, Arian held a position as Program Manager at the San Jose Redevelopment Agency, focusing on public parking policy and facility design. Arian's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Manager at Standard Parking, overseeing operations of multiple facilities with significant revenue impact. Arian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Humboldt State University and possesses a CAPP certification.
