Devika Tandan

Devika Tandan is an experienced administrative officer and human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Administrative Officer for the City of San José since March 2013, Devika has held various roles including Senior Human Resources Analyst and Human Resources Analyst II, focusing on HR, employee relations, and budgeting. Previously, Devika worked at the California Department of Consumer Affairs from August 2004 to May 2012, holding positions such as Personnel Selection Consultant I and Test Validation and Development Specialist. Devika holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University-Sacramento and two degrees from Savitribai Phule Pune University, including a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
