Gloria Schmanek

Gloria Schmanek serves as a Board Member for the San Jose Management Association since January 2016, an organization focused on fostering positive relationships among current and retired City of San Jose managers. In addition, Gloria has held the position of Senior Executive Analyst with the City of San Jose since October 1992, where responsibilities include acting as the City Manager's Council Liaison to support the City Council in making informed public policy decisions. Gloria earned an Associate's Degree from San Jose City College between 1987 and 1991.
