Nicholas Ochoa

Nicholas Ochoa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in intergovernmental relations and policy analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Analyst at the City of San José since November 2021, Nicholas has also held the role of Policy and Legislative Director for Councilmember Dev Davis. Previous positions include Program Analyst at the UCSF Center for Vulnerable Populations, Program Coordinator at the Consulate General of Canada, and Constituent Representative in the United States Senate. Nicholas's early career includes roles at Amnesty International USA, the International Rescue Committee, and the U.S. House of Representatives, along with experience as a Shift Leader at Regal Entertainment Group. Nicholas earned a Master of Arts in International Relations and Conflict Studies from the University of Kent and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from San José State University, and is currently affiliated with Sciences Po Lille.
