Jennifer Voccola Brown

Jennifer Voccola Brown serves as the Sustainability & Compliance Division Manager and Environmental Compliance Officer for the City of San José since November 2017. Previously, Jennifer held multiple positions at the City of Malibu from August 2005 to November 2017, including Senior Environmental Programs Coordinator. With extensive experience in developing, managing, and implementing environmental compliance and sustainability programs, Jennifer specializes in stormwater management, resource conservation, and integrated waste management. Jennifer has led teams, overseen public policy development, and coordinated compliance programs across various agencies. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from California Lutheran University and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and Chemistry from the University of Rhode Island.
