Kiersten McCormick

Kiersten McCormick is an experienced leader in recreation and park management, currently serving as the General Manager at Happy Hollow Park & Zoo since January 2021, after previously holding the position of Interim General Manager and Assistant General Manager at the same location. With extensive experience in managing daily operations for over 500,000 guests annually, Kiersten oversees various departments, including parking, admissions, guest services, and safety inspections. Prior experience includes serving as Recreation Supervisor at Seven Trees Community Center, where responsibilities encompassed managing recreation programs and facilities for a community of 100,000 residents, as well as supervising a general fund and revenue budget of up to $1.6 million. Kiersten holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies from San Jose State University.
