Nicholas Ajluni

Nicholas Ajluni is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental services and management. Currently serving as a Board Member for BayWork since August 2024, Nicholas plays a key role in promoting career pathways in the water and waste water industry. In the City of San José since April 2011, Nicholas has held various positions, including Division Manager, overseeing a team of over 50 staff across budget, procurement, and utility customer services, and Administrative Officer, managing budgets and contracts. Previous roles include Senior Environmental Inspector and Environmental Inspector II, focusing on program development and watershed protection. Nicholas's expertise is further evidenced by a background in stormwater compliance with previous positions at MNS Engineers and MVM Environmental. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies and Environmental Science, respectively, from San Jose State University.
