Paulina Hen

Paulina Hen is an experienced IT Products and Project Manager for the City of San José since January 2023. Previously, Paulina held positions at Zoom as Technical Project Manager and Enterprise Systems Release Manager from October 2020 to February 2023, and at American Express as Program Manager focusing on release and change management from January 2017 to October 2020. Paulina also served as Program Manager and Manager of IT at Cisco Systems from September 2008 to September 2016, significantly contributing to portfolio management and team development. Earlier roles include Senior IT Manager at NETGEAR Inc. and Senior Manager of IT Global Applications at Aspect Software, with foundational experience as an IT Programmer at Applied Materials.
