Vitaly Litvinenko

Vitaly Litvinenko is a multimedia producer and graphic designer with extensive experience in public information and communications. Since January 2016, Vitaly has worked with the City of San José, serving in various roles within the Fire Department and Environmental Services Department, including Video/Multimedia Producer and Public Information Representative. Prior experience includes freelance graphic design work for organizations such as Keep Coyote Creek Beautiful, Know a Vet?, and San Jose Conservation Corps, focusing on promotional materials and branding efforts. Vitaly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design Studies from San José State University, alongside an Associate of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing Emphasis from Mission College and an Associate of Arts in Art with a Graphic Design Emphasis from West Valley College.
