Wilton Chang is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as Acting Senior Civil Engineer for the City of San José since June 2016, where responsibilities include the development and calibration of hydraulic and hydrologic urban storm drainage models using InfoWorks ICM, and the utilization of ArcGIS tools for data analysis. Prior to this role, Wilton held positions as Associate Civil Engineer and Civil Engineer, and worked as an Engineering Trainee focused on GIS data management.
