Madeline Kacsinta currently serves as the Capital Improvement Program Administrative Manager for the City of San Luis Obispo, where responsibilities include leading the development of the annual Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan and managing budgets and communications in collaboration with department heads. Previously, Madeline held the position of Engineer III, overseeing various city capital improvement projects and providing project management and technical reviews. Prior experience includes serving in the Engineering Division at the City of Pismo Beach, managing stormwater programs and city projects, and consulting at LA Consulting Inc., where significant cost-saving strategies for public works agencies were developed. Madeline began a professional journey as an Engineering Intern at the City of Thousand Oaks, supporting AutoCAD updates and conducting field investigations. Madeline holds a degree in Bioresource and Agricultural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
