Nafisa Haque

Nafisa Haque is an experienced electrical engineer currently serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer for the City of San Marcos since August 2024. Prior to this role, Nafisa worked as an Electrical/Electronics Engineer at Actalent from September 2021 to August 2024, and held positions at CenterPoint Energy from January 2010 to September 2021, including Senior Electrical Engineer, PE, focusing on System Protection, and Engineer focusing on Engineering Standards and Materials. Nafisa's early experience includes co-op positions in Distribution Planning and Substation Projects with CenterPoint Energy in 2007 and 2008. Nafisa earned a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from The University of Texas at Austin between 2017 and 2019 and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same institution from 2006 to 2009.
