John Stefanski

John Stefanski currently serves as the Assistant City Manager for the City of San Rafael, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, John held the position of Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Dublin from October 2019 to July 2023. Additionally, John worked as a Management Analyst I/II at the City of Hayward from July 2014 to October 2019. John Stefanski holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in State and Local Financial Management from Syracuse University's Maxwell School and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from Miami University.
