Matthew Pepin

Matthew Pepin, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Civil Engineer with the City of San Rafael since March 2021, Matthew previously held positions at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services as a Senior Staff Engineer and Associate Civil Engineer. Prior experience includes senior engineering roles at Haley & Aldrich and Langan Engineering, along with an internship at CLE Engineering, Inc. Matthew holds a Master of Engineering in Geotechnical Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
