Judson Brown

Judson Brown, AICP, serves as Housing Manager at the City of Santa Ana since June 2015, previously holding the position of Housing Authority Supervisor. Prior experience includes Director of Client Services at the Dallas Housing Authority from March 2014 to June 2015 and Housing Program Manager at the Brazos Valley Council of Governments from January 2010 to February 2014. Judson also worked as Child Sponsorship Program Coordinator for Save the Children International and volunteered with Save the Children Canada. Academic qualifications include a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona (2021-2024), a Master of Public Administration from Texas A&M University (2010-2013), and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of California, Davis (2002-2008).
