Michelle Cisneros

Michelle Cisneros is an experienced professional with a background in public relations and communications, currently serving as a Personnel Board Commissioner for the City of Santa Ana since October 2022. In this role, Michelle hears appeals related to disciplinary actions in civil service and provides counsel to the City Council and City Manager. Prior to this position, Michelle worked as a Public Relations and Communications Coordinator at Families Together of Orange County Community Health Center, where responsibilities included media relations and content development. Michelle has also held roles as an Ambassador for Al Dia CSUF, a Social Media Coordinator and Media Partnership Liaison for the Newport Beach Film Festival, and gained customer service experience at T.J. Maxx & Homegoods and South Coast Plaza. Educationally, Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Applied Communication from California State University, Fullerton and an Associate of Arts in Communications from Orange Coast College.
