Jazmin LeBlanc, MPP, CPRP, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Santa Barbara since November 2020. Prior to this role, Jazmin was the Acting Assistant Director of the Community Services Department in Palo Alto, where responsibilities included executive leadership and oversight of various divisions, managing a $30 million annual budget, and fostering community partnerships. Jazmin has also held positions as a Senior Performance Auditor with the City of San Jose, where impactful reports led to significant cost savings, and as a Consultant for Sound Transit, developing a light rail fare structure. Early career experiences include serving as a Mayoral Fellow in Chicago, focusing on performance management systems. Jazmin holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University and an AB in Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
