Kaitlin Mamulski, AICP, is a seasoned project planner at the City of Santa Barbara since December 2014, overseeing complex planning projects within the Engineering/Special Projects Division of Public Works. Previous roles include Associate Transportation Planner and Assistant Transportation Planner, where responsibilities encompassed transportation planning, policy development, and report preparation. With a solid foundation in technical and comprehensive planning as Planning Technician II and Planning Technician, Kaitlin has ensured compliance with local regulations and conducted environmental analyses.
