Kaitlin Mamulski

Kaitlin Mamulski, AICP, is a seasoned project planner at the City of Santa Barbara since December 2014, overseeing complex planning projects within the Engineering/Special Projects Division of Public Works. Previous roles include Associate Transportation Planner and Assistant Transportation Planner, where responsibilities encompassed transportation planning, policy development, and report preparation. With a solid foundation in technical and comprehensive planning as Planning Technician II and Planning Technician, Kaitlin has ensured compliance with local regulations and conducted environmental analyses. An early internship in solar initiatives showcased an ability to analyze renewable energy expansion, while experience at BMW of Riverside reinforced client service and administrative skills. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara and dual associate degrees from Riverside City College.
