Andrew Banh

Andrew Banh has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the Interim Human Resources Manager and previously as a Human Resources Administrative Analyst at the City of Santa Clarita since July 2016. Responsibilities include benefits administration, tracking leaves of absence, processing performance evaluations, and managing worker's compensation. Prior to this role, Banh worked at the City of Upland as a Human Resources Clerk, where skills in creating Excel sheets and PDF forms were developed to streamline HR processes. Previous positions include Shift Supervisor and Student Supervisor at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®, where management of store operations and team leadership were showcased, and an internship in the IT division at Upland City Hall, which involved troubleshooting and maintenance of computer programs. Andrew Banh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside.
