Henri Hammond-Paul

Henri Hammond-Paul currently serves as the Director of Community Health and Safety for the City of Santa Fe, starting in September 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Fellow at Northeastern University, where Henri collaborated with public sector partners to implement generative AI solutions for public challenges, and at The Governance Lab. Henri participated in the Climatebase Fellowship, focusing on climate change solutions. Other notable roles include Senior Advisor at the NJ Department of Health, Graduate Fellow at Ecotrust, and Emergency Management Specialist at NYU Langone Medical Center. Henri’s early career includes positions with the World Food Programme and the Peace Corps. Educational qualifications comprise a Master of Public Affairs from Princeton School of Public and International Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Washington and Lee University.
