Colleen Stoll is an experienced professional in transportation management, currently serving as the Transportation Demand Program Manager for the City of Santa Monica since October 2008. Prior to this role, Colleen held the position of Parking & Transportation Manager at The University of Texas at Austin from September 2001 to January 2007. Colleen Stoll holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies and Geography from The George Washington University, obtained in 1999, and furthered education at The University of Texas at Austin from 2000 to 2003.
