Vache Mardirosian is an experienced construction management professional with a strong background in project, cost, time, quality, contract, and safety management, as well as expertise in sustainability and BIM. Currently serving as Construction Manager for the City of Santa Monica since October 2019, Vache has previously held positions including Project Manager at AECOM Hunt and Senior Project Engineer at MATT Construction. Additional experience includes roles as Assistant Program/Construction Manager at STV and Assistant Project Manager at Pacific Empire Builders, where significant contributions were made to various tenant improvement projects. Vache began a career in banking as a Personal Banker at Bank of America and holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California State University, Northridge, alongside a CMIT certification and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Glendale Community College.
