Kristinae Toomians Morgan

Kristinae Toomians Morgan currently serves as a Senior Planner and Cultural Heritage Board Liaison for the City of Santa Rosa since December 2017. Prior experience includes positions such as Development Services Coordinator at Merced County, Senior Planner in Austin, and various roles in planning and development with the City of San José, Shasta County, Klamath County, City of Modesto, and Merced County Community and Economic Development Department. Kristinae began their career as a Senior Student Intern at Sacramento County following educational attainment of a Bachelor's Degree in Community and Regional Development from the University of California, Davis. The academic background is supported by a high school diploma from Montgomery High School.
