Christine Gutmann, RPP, MCIP, is an accomplished Senior Project Planner at the City of Saskatoon since February 2018, overseeing significant corporate projects, including the Housing Accelerator Fund application and the Comprehensive Review of the Zoning Bylaw. Previously, Christine served as Project Manager for the Planning for Growth Regional Plan at Saskatoon North Partnership for Growth and as Senior Planner for the City of Saskatoon, managing concept plans and planning applications. Early career roles include Health Planning Facilitator and Planner with the Region of Peel, where Christine developed partnerships between public health and planning, as well as experience as an Environmental Planner at the County of Simcoe. Christine holds a Master's degree in Planning from the University of Guelph and additional qualifications in Environmental Management and Assessment, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Manitoba.
