Helen Perry-Raycraft

Helen Perry-Raycraft is a Corporate Security Specialist at the City of Saskatoon since May 2023 and previously served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Brigadier Security Systems Ltd and Elite Security Systems Ltd. from July 2013 to May 2023. In that role, Helen contributed to marketing, sales strategy development, and customer satisfaction, alongside managing major security projects. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Chair for ASIS Sask Chapter #275 from November 2016 to December 2021 and as a Risk Manager for CISV Saskatoon as a volunteer from 2011 to April 2017. Helen's career also includes roles as Saskatchewan Regional Manager at T.S. Surelock Security Ltd., Restoration Specialist at First General Services, and Information Coordinator at Uranium Saskatchewan. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management at the University of Saskatchewan, education credentials also include certificates in Business Administration and Marketing from SIAST - Palliser Campus.
