Jasmine Calix B.a.

Jasmine Calix B.A., M.A. currently serves as the Local Immigration Partnership Coordinator for the City of Saskatoon, a position held since February 2021. Prior experience includes roles at the Saskatoon Police Service as Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator for the Crime Free Multi-Housing program, and as a Research Analyst for the Saskatchewan Municipal Board. Additionally, Jasmine has contributed to the University of Saskatchewan in various capacities, including Prospect Researcher and Acting Program Coordinator, and gained valuable experience as a Congressional Staffer for the United States Senate and a Public Affairs Intern at the Embassy of Canada in Washington, DC. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Political Studies and International Relations from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics with a specialization in Studio Art from Washington and Lee University.
