Marno McInnes has a diverse work experience in various roles within the human resources and labor relations fields.
From 2013, McInnes has been working at the City of Saskatoon. Starting as a Manager of Labor Relations, they then progressed to become the Director of Human Resources and later the Director of Labor Relations. Currently, McInnes holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer.
Prior to joining the City of Saskatoon, McInnes worked at the Health Employers Association of BC - HEABC as the Vice President of Strategic Negotiations and Contract Administration from 2011 to 2013.
Before that, McInnes had a long tenure at the Health Employers Association of BC, beginning in 1996. They held various positions including Compensation Consultant, Director of Consulting Compensation Services, Director of Employee Services, Compensation and Classification, and HRTS, and finally the Vice President of Health Authority Services and Negotiations from 2008 to 2011.
Overall, McInnes has accumulated extensive experience in human resources, labor relations, strategic negotiations, and contract administration throughout their career.
Marno McInnes obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, attending from 1990 to 1994. Later, they pursued further education and completed a Masters in Business Administration from the same university, studying from 1994 to 1996.
