Jeffery Grant Sphr

Jeffery Grant, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jeffery started their career in 2004 as an Educational Specialist at Georgia Southern University. In 2006, they joined Advantage Resourcing as a Senior Personnel Manager and worked there until 2010. From 2010 to 2018, Jeffery held the position of Director of Human Resources at the City of Statesboro. Currently, they are serving as the Human Resources Director at the City of Savannah since March 2018.

Jeffery Grant, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, completed a Certified Executive Coach program with iPEC Coaching from 2022 to 2023. Jeffery holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Management with an Emphasis in Human Resource Management from Georgia Southern University. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree in Business from Kennesaw State University. Jeffery also holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM and the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2017, they obtained the EQi-2.0 EQ360 certification from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS).
