Karen Franklin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in budget analysis, development, and communications within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as a Senior Budget Analyst for the City of Savannah since April 2018, Karen has held various positions including Budget Analyst and Director of Development & Communications at Live Oak Public Libraries. Previous roles encompass Campaign Manager at United Way of the Coastal Empire, Development Coordinator at Live Oak Public Libraries Foundation, and Director of Marketing & Development at America's Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia.
