Len Tropea started their work experience as a Financial Analyst at Olde Financial in 1991. Len then moved on to become a Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP in 1997, where they supervised audits and generated over $5 million in sales of consulting services. In 2002, they became a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP, leading global teams and managing projects for a large manufacturing client. Len then transitioned to the role of Associate Director at Deloitte in 2006, where they led internal audits and oversaw projects for multiple Deloitte entities. From 2009 to the present, Len has been the Director of Organizational Performance and Accountability at the City of Savannah, where they lead a team and focuses on financial, operational, and IT capabilities.

Len Tropea received their education from Kent State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from 1986 to 1991. Prior to that, they attended Boardman High from 1982 to 1986, although they did not obtain a specific degree or field of study from this institution. In terms of additional certifications, Len Tropea earned a Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in August 2012.
