Charis Lawry

Charis Lawry has extensive experience in utility billing, currently serving as a Senior Utility Billing Specialist for the City of Schertz since March 2021. Prior roles include Utility Billing Clerk at both the City of Marion and the City of Schertz, where responsibilities spanned from October 2018 to February 2021. Charis initially joined the City of Schertz as an Event Attendant from October 2016 to October 2017 and previously held a managerial position at Longshot Wines from 2015 to March 2016. Education includes pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Finance at the University of the Incarnate Word from August 2023 to May 2025, along with an Associate of Arts in Photography obtained from San Antonio College between 2011 and 2013.
