Nicole Kromer

Nicole Kromer is an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant currently working at Team Housing Solutions, Inc. since January 2023. Previously, Kromer held positions in various organizations, including the City of Schertz in the Parks and Recreation department from November 2019 to January 2023, and as a Volunteer Coordinator at Johnson's Backyard Garden from September 2017 to 2019. Kromer has also worked as a Digital Advocate for loveisrespect, The National Domestic Violence Hotline, providing crisis intervention and support from January 2015 to March 2018. As a Trainer/Volunteer with American Youth Works Casa Verde Builders from February 2012 to June 2013, Kromer taught green construction techniques to youth. Early career experience includes serving as a Client Advocate at the Crisis Center of Comal County from June 2007 to February 2011, focusing on domestic violence and sexual assault prevention services. Kromer holds an Associate’s Degree in Biology and Social Work from Austin Community College, completed from 2014 to 2016, and graduated from the Liberal Arts Academy between 1999 and 2003.
