Mary Lynn

Mary Lynn, L.M.S.W, serves as the Housing and Community Assistance Manager for the City of Scottsdale since April 2021, overseeing various community assistance programs including the Community Development Block Grant and Housing Choice Voucher programs. With prior experience as Community Programs Manager at the City of Maricopa, Mary coordinated victim services and managed social programs. Additional roles include Grants Manager and Community Development Supervisor, contributing to expertise in grant acquisition, program development, and social services. Mary’s background includes comprehensive experience in case management and victim advocacy, supported by a Master's degree in Social Work from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
