Sheila Williams

Sheila Williams is an experienced professional in workforce development and employment services, currently serving as the Youth and Adult Employment Services Coordinator for the City of Scottsdale since June 2001. In this role, Sheila effectively manages a community career center that engages over 350 visitors monthly, provides case management for job seekers, and oversees career and educational events for more than 200 individuals. Additionally, Sheila develops educational curriculums and facilitates workshops for both teens and adults. Previously, Sheila coordinated the Scottsdale Teen Employment Program and managed the YouthWorks Case Manager position, assisting young people facing employment barriers. Prior experience includes serving as an Employment Specialist for the City of Tempe. Sheila holds both a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work from Arizona State University and has educational experience from UMass Boston.
