Kylie Rolf currently serves as the Director of World Cup Operations for the City of Seattle, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Rolf was the VP of Advocacy & Economic Development at the Downtown Seattle Association from October 2021 to July 2024. Rolf has extensive experience in public service, having worked as the Director of Major Initiatives & Legislative Affairs in the Office of Mayor Jenny Durkan and as the Director of Policy and Government Relations at the Housing Development Consortium of Seattle-King County. Additionally, Rolf has held roles such as Director of Public Affairs at Sound View Strategies and King County Outreach Director for Senator Maria Cantwell. Early career positions included organizing efforts for Yes on I-1098 and serving as an Executive Assistant at SEIU 775. Rolf began the professional journey with a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from Western Washington University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
