Raman Vishwanathan has a diverse background in financial risk management and oversight. Raman began their career in 2000 as a Senior Economic Analyst at E.ON and went on to work as a Manager in Risk Analytics, Valuation & Control at Constellation Energy from 2005 to 2009. Raman then joined First Choice Power as Director of Financial Risk Management before moving to Quantitative Strategies Group as a Principal. Since 2012, they have been serving as the Director of Financial Risk & Oversight at the City of Seattle.
Raman Vishwanathan completed their education at the University of Kentucky, where they obtained a M.Sc. and a Ph.D. in Economics in 2002.
