Melissa Reynolds

Melissa Reynolds, P.E., MPA, CFM, is currently the Director of Engineering and Capital Programs at the City of Seguin. Prior to this, Melissa held positions such as First Assistant City Engineer at the City of New Braunfels, Civil Engineer at the same city, and Project Manager at Frost GeoSciences. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington. Melissa is also a part of the ASCE Government Engineers Council.
