Heather Inich

Heather Inich is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist III in the City Clerk's office for the City of Shawnee, KS since June 2019, Heather engages with the public and various departments to provide assistance. Heather's photography business, focusing on Nature and Architectural photography, has been operational since September 2006, with experience in capturing weddings, portraits, and family events. Previous positions include roles at the American Public Works Association, ITG Brands, and the Kentucky Department of Criminal Justice Training, among others, demonstrating strong organizational and administrative skills. Heather holds a Portrait Photography Certificate from The Art Institutes and an Associate's degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Nebraska College of Business.
