The Project Management and Coordination team at the City of Sheboygan oversees and ensures the successful execution of city projects, from urban planning and infrastructure development to wellness and recreational programming. Comprising a GIS Project Specialist, a Civil Engineer/Project Manager, a Program and Wellness Coordinator, and an Associate Planner, the team collaborates to enhance community facilities, optimize public spaces, and integrate technology and wellness initiatives, making Sheboygan an even better place to live and visit.
